Return and Refund Policy Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period and Accepted Reasons
The standard return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Promotional or limited products may have a shorter return period of 14 days if explicitly specified at the time of purchase.
Accepted reasons for return include:
- Change of mind or not being satisfied with the product.
- Product damaged during shipment.
- Wrong item received.
Eligible Products and Required Condition
Returns are accepted for physical products only. Digital products such as downloads, software and online courses are excluded from returns.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact LeanActivity with your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive the return address together with the relevant return instructions.
The easiest route is our contact page. If your order was placed through a purchasing team, please include any internal order reference as well.
Return Shipping and International Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
For international returns, customers outside the European Union must handle customs declarations, duties and any applicable import or export fees.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Non-returnable Items and Exchanges
The following items are not returnable:
- Digital products and downloads.
- Gift cards.
- Customized items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
